Builders
We have been carrying out building works for the last 40 years; we are a small family business. We can undertake new builds, extensions and renovations. We also specialise in insurance work taking instructions from all major insurance companies, loss adjusters and engineers. We can advise on all types of building works ring for a free estimate.


Foundation Work

  • We carry out all foundation works with minimum disruption.

 Brick Work
  • New Builds, Boundary Walls, Repairs and Extenstions.
  • All work is carried out to a high specification.



Sewer Connections (Domestic & Commercial)
If you have a new property and mains drainage, storm water or foul is available then it is likely that you will require a sewer connection. As most sewers are in the public highway, any excavation will come under The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
 
N & M Whitaker Ltd are accredited contractors and we can apply on your behalf to obtain a road opening permit. Please contact us for more details.
 
Sewer connections do require some initial planning and we would be pleased to offer our advice for your project. As independent installers we can offer a range of sewage treatment plants.

Groundworks and Underpinning
 
Specialising in all aspects of groundworks and underpinning, we take instructions from your insurance companies Loss Adjusters and Engineers. We offer a full groundwork package - I.E Plant Labour and Materials. We have expertiese in site clearance, foundations, drainage, kerbing and driveways. Contracts can be undertaken.

  • We Specialise in underpinning with with limited disruption.
  • New Builds and Re-Builds, Reinforced Ground Beams, Underpinning.
  • We pride ourselves in being able to carry out the most technical and complex types of works.
  • We undertake most Groundworks projects, please call us to discuss your requirements.
  • We also hire out our JCB's and Mini-Diggers, and tippers with drivers (only) at fixed prices or daily rates. Please call for quote.
  • We can supply and deliver crushed stone and pipe bedding materials in 3.5 ton loads within confined access.
  • Foundations excavated and spoil removed, excavation for new drains and repairs.
  • Traditional Foundations, Piling, Deep Trench, Fill Foundations, Shallow Strip.
